Gary Garth is a serial entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of 360° Solution for Behavioral Health Center elev8.io, Author of ‘The Zero to 100 Million Sales Blueprint‘ book, and ‘The Goals, Grit & Greatness‘ Planner. He also leverages his resources via Great Dane Ventures as an angel investor, helping high-potential startups go-to-market, scale, and become profitable via 360 degrees sales and marketing support, incubator programs, advisory services and proprietary technology, engineered with the purpose of empowering entrepreneurs. He has been featured in Inc., Forbes, Success, and many other prominent publications. A serial entrepreneur since 2002, Gary has started and successfully exited six companies, including large outbound sales call centers, radio advertising networks, and an award-winning, eight-figure digital marketing agency. Born in Denmark, Gary now lives and works in Medellín, Colombia.

2000

Entrepreneur at age 20

Gary jumped straight from high school into the entrepreneurial life and at the age of 22 he had opened and sold two retail stores and related e-commerce business with a focus on DVD home entertainment systems.

 

2003

Outbound Sales and Becoming a Millionaire

Gary adapted his business development skills in his next projects —establishing four high-growth B2B call centers in Denmark, specialized in telecommunication sales for providers such as Orange, TeliaSonera, and Hi3G. Gary’s call center companies involved over 150 outbound agents at their peak and generated over 45,000 new commercial subscriptions in less than three years.

 

2006

Radio Advertising and Agency Media Programs

Prior to venturing into the digital marketing arena, Gary was the Director of Channel Sales for the Danish division of Europe’s leading radio network; Radio NRJ. Here he developed the media agency program, managed a staff of 20 reps, and quadrupled the network’s revenue over a five-year period.

 

2011

Relocating Overseas To Embark New Opportunities

In collaboration with, and investment support from, the Danish government program ‘DANIDA’ aiming to end poverty in third-world countries, Gary moved to Nicaragua with his former business partner. They created White Shark Media (WSM), the first ever Google Partner agency in Central America. Their objective was to create hundreds of new high-paid jobs, foster innovation and education in an otherwise stagnant economy, while profitably selling outsourced marketing services to thousands of U.S businesses. 

 

2014

Becoming the 22nd Google Premier Partner in the USA

Nominated as one of the fastest growing agencies in Google’s partner ecosystem and reaching over 1,000 clients in just a few years, Google acknowledged our success and extended a contract and accreditation to WSM as the 22nd Google Premier Partner in the USA out of tens of thousands agencies. Being the only agency based outside the US made us a pioneer in that category and propelled our growth further. 

 

2014- 2017

Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Company 4 years in a row

Throughout the lifecycle of WSM, Gary acted as CEO from 2012-2017. Under Gary’s leadership, the company experienced exponential client & revenue growth, established premier partnerships with both Google and Microsoft, while attaining top placements three consecutive years in 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 on the Inc. 5,000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America.

2017

Founding the First ever End-to-End white label PPC reseller program

Subsequently, as the Head of Partnerships for White Shark from 2017-2020, Gary designed & deployed its new reseller business program and was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with other marketing agencies, business associations, Tech and SaaS companies; ranging from white label resellers to co-branded alliances. Within the first two years the new reseller business became the predominant revenue stream for WSM after onboarding over 120 new partnerships/resellers.

 

2021

Angel Investing and Relocating to Medellin

After exiting White Shark Media, Gary took some time off taking stock in preparation for his next major initiatives. Gary then relocated to Medellín, Colombia, and founded Great Dane Ventures Inc., with the objective of launching new projects and investing in LatAm tech startups with high-potential for global reach.

 

2023

Launch of Great Dane Ventures Major Initiatives

The fruits of two years’ research, planning, execution and growth, Gary led the visioning, writing and product development of four interrelated major initiatives: the Goals, Grit and Greatness™ Planner, The Zero to 100 Million Sales Blueprint book, elev8.io, and the Accelerator Platform™.
